The 247 Football app provides specialised academy style training that motivates, engages & excites players to train. Our academy style training focuses on developing a Player’s skills, sharpness & technique that are key to improving your game, whilst complimenting your club training.

The app teaches much more than just football skills though through the effective training Drills, Sessions & Programs it provides. It also teaches & encourages healthy lifestyle habits, self-discipline & provides accountability – at a fraction of the cost of face-to-face academy training.

Choose a 247 Football Program, try our Sessions or create your own from our massive library of drills to get a feel for the training available to you - from Juggles, Ball Mastery, 1 v 1 Skills, Turns, Stop Start Skills, Passing, Speed, Dribbling, Control, Injury Prevention, Flick Ups, Tricks, Mixed Sessions (including Create Your Own) & so much more - you can level up all areas of your game!

The automatic Tracker will help you track your progress & keep you accountable, & the Trophy system & Leaderboards will motivate you to train - bringing fun to your training!

Sessions

Sessions Mode includes Sessions for:

Juggles, Ball Mastery, 1 v 1 Skills, Stop Start Skills, Turns, Passing, Speed, Dribbling, Control, Flick Ups & Mixed (including Create Your Own). Additional Sessions & training categories are coming soon!

The Sessions are short & sharp (6-14 minutes or longer if you create your own) using a count down timer, so you can flexibly train specific areas of your game on demand - fitting in training on the go or grouping together multiple Sessions when time allows!

The Sessions are guided with video demonstrations, audible cues, written instructions & coaching tips & run automatically for you to follow along. Your training statistics are recorded automatically into the Tracker & you can share your progress and achievements with your friends after your Session.

The best way to train is to place your device nearby where you can see and hear it (in a tripod if you have it) and train alongside it!

Juggles Mode

Juggles Mode allows you to train & record scores for various juggling variations including:

Standard: Kick Catch, Kick Bounce, Continuous, Thighs, Headers, Close, Spin, Line Juggles, Wall Juggles.

Pattern: Foot Thigh, Foot Foot Thigh Thigh, Ladder, Christmas Tree, Christmas Tree - Advanced.

Pairs: Three Touch, Two Touch, One Touch, Headers, 123 Juggles, Zig Zag, Sitting Juggles.

Novelty: Sitting, Tennis Ball

Juggles Mode uses a count up timer, so you decide when you start and stop your juggles training - this way you can shoot for a new personal best (PB) without interruption - or fit in a quick Juggles session when time is short! Nothing better than beating your PB! Enter your highest score for the session into the App & review it later in the Tracker.

The Sessions are guided with video demonstrations, audible cues, written instructions and coaching tips, & run automatically for you to follow along. Your training statistics are recorded automatically into the Tracker & you can share your progress & achievements with your friends after your Session.

Injury Prevention

Injury Prevention Mode includes sessions to help you increase strength in core areas of the body to reduce the chance of injury. Injury Prevention exercises (strength, power, balance, change of direction training) can help to reduce the risk of injury for the most common injuries in football & can improve your physical performance - but can't protect against injuries from occurring.

The Sessions are short & sharp (9 minutes or longer if you create your own) using a count down timer, so you can flexibly train on demand - fitting in training on the go or grouping together multiple Sessions when time allows.

The Sessions are guided with video demonstrations, audible cues, written instructions, coaching tips & count down timers, & run automatically for you to follow along. Your training statistics are recorded automatically into the Tracker & you can share your progress & achievements with your friends after your Session.

Programs

Programs Mode includes Programs for:

Juggles, Ball Mastery, 1 v 1 Skills, Stop Start Skills, Turns, Passing, Speed, Dribbling, Control, Injury Prevention, Flick Ups & Mixed (including customisable Create Your Own). Additional Programs & training categories are coming soon!

The Programs run for 3 weeks & include 3 Sessions per week. The Sessions will be automatically added to your Planner starting from the day you select the Program, but you can move the Sessions to dates that suit you.

The Sessions are guided with video demonstrations, audible cues, written instructions, coaching tips and count down timers, & run automatically for you to follow along. Your training statistics are recorded automatically into the Tracker & you can share your progress & achievements with your friends after your Session.
